Nook Notes is a free iOS app published by Inspiring Ninja. It provides ordinary note-taking and a separate encrypted Private Space. It is offered without subscriptions, ads or mandatory user accounts in its current version. Your use is also subject to Apple's applicable end-user license terms.
2. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you choose to create, import, store and share. Keep lawful backups and recovery keys safely. Do not use the app to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
3. Data loss and security
The app is designed to store data locally and offers optional manual encrypted backup tools, but device loss, hardware failure, deletion, software defects and lost encryption credentials may cause permanent data loss. Always keep independently verified backups of important data. No security technology eliminates every risk.
4. Availability and updates
We may improve, fix or change features with updates. Features can vary depending on iOS version, hardware and permissions. We do not guarantee future feature availability or uninterrupted operation.
